Paris

Paris, often referred to as the City of Light (La Ville Lumière in French), is the capital and most populous city of France. Located on the River Seine, it is a global center for art, fashion, gastronomy, and culture, and is one of the world's leading business and diplomatic hubs. In Hebrew, Paris is called פריז, in Spanish it is París, in German it is Paris, and in Italian it is Parigi. Paris is governed as a commune and department, and is divided into 20 arrondissements, or administrative districts.
